1. Service
BiDigitalHub provides tools to create, host, and publish online portfolios. Features vary by plan (Free vs Premium).
2. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all materials you publish.
3. Acceptable use
Do not publish illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or material that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Premium plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout. Cancel anytime from account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
5. Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur with reasonable notice when possible.
